Account and data
The app's Settings includes an account-deletion request. If you cannot sign in or that request does not complete, write from your account email so we can help verify the request. The privacy policy describes the data involved and your other choices.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting a Logos account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests through the App Store.
Listening or study problems
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, what you were doing, and the error or behavior you saw. A screenshot can help if it does not expose private information.
For parents and guardians
The first app release is planned for ages 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us so we can address the account and its data.
